Japan's everyday bread
SHOKUPAN is a Japanese milk bread—a pillowy, fine-crumbed loaf designed not to be the star, but the vessel. While many breads are defined by bold flavor or dramatic crust, SHOKUPAN follows a different principle: quiet perfection. Subtle in flavor and versatile by nature, it creates space for everything around it.
